This Privacy Policy describes how Automatite (a product of GTMStack) collects, uses, and protects information about visitors to our website and users of our workflow automation platform.

What we collect

Account data (email, name, organization), workflow definitions, run logs and payloads (encrypted at rest), and product usage analytics via PostHog. We do not sell personal data.

How we use it

To operate the platform, deliver workflows, debug failures you submit, communicate updates, and improve product performance. AI step inputs and outputs are not used to train shared models without explicit opt-in.

Data storage

Data is stored in AWS eu-central-1 by default. Run payloads are retained according to your plan's retention window (30 days on Team, 1 year on Business). You can delete workflows and runs at any time.

You may request export, correction, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing [email protected].
